With a web presence stuck in the past and an identity that predates the Adobe Creative Cloud, one of the largest space conferences in the world was in need of a rebrand.

As one of the largest space conferences in the world -- averaging over 10,000 attendees a year -- the Space Symposium is widely known as the premier U.S. space policy and program forum and as the "must attend" opportunity for information on and interaction among all sectors of space. This is why when taking on this project it was a necessity to create a unified but distinctive system to represent the different sectors of space tracks for the attendees.

TLDR; I wanted to design a site that embodies the adventure the conference attendee is about to embark on; curiosity is the driving force behind the design.
The 32nd Space Symposium is a huge internationaal space conference and to illustrate the entire experience and every piece of information they have to offer to their attendees would be a futile endeavor for one lone designer who saw a website that needed a little love or... a lot of love.
It is a conference that is full of opportunities, tracks of education, prolific speakers and networking opportunities for anyone who is involed in or just simply interested in the space industry. It is two weeks long after all...
